• Considering whether we can site accommodations in a sensitive and low-impact way on your land. Our locations are selected for views and privacy and our building designs enable maximum light. Our buildings have no permanent foundations and ensure minimal impact on the ground.

• Researching the outdoor activities, speciality food products, local guides and other features of your local area in order to design tailored, imaginative activities for guests. 
• Assessing the potential for your preferred location(s) to harness renewable energy. Wherever it is suitable to do so, we prefer to use 100% renewable energy solutions, meaning our units are autonomous and have minimal impact. 
•  Explaining our operating standards, which ensure that we only work with landowner partners who are committed to, and can demonstrate their ability to uphold, the highest standards of visitor care and nature tourism best practice. 
•  Discussing the funding requirements for your business and explaining how we can help through our tailored financing support for landowner partners.
